Shame. We have all felt feelings of shame at some point in our lives. For some of us, it was something we felt growing up, whether at school or in our families. For others, feelings of shame may have come up later in our adult lives.
In this episode, Lisa Anderson discusses her experiences with shame and how it impacted her confidence, relationships, and life over the years. Lisa tells her story on how she discovered a way to work through those feelings and become more confident and ultimately, shameless.
